There's a strong culture of accountability and teamwork, and you can tell the company actually cares about both its residents and its employees. No two days look the same, which keeps things exciting, and when you have a good team behind you, even the tough days are manageable. Toxic Gossiping and No Support

- renewal bonuses - there are clear SOPs

Cons

- no support - non-comprehensive benefits package - going in the direction of understaffed offices by "centralizing" positions to the overall detriment of operations. - you can work 60h a week, and it still won't be enough - toxic gossiping
