I have been working at Trident Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Trident gives you the opportunity to take initiatives and complete them. There are various challenging roles being offered to freshers and young blood. Pay scale is good .

    Cons

Too much focus on IT as a detective to bring out your shortcomings, which may be very minute. Paying heavy allegiance to system sometimes lead to customer dissatisfaction itself. Support to Marketing team is low from mfg team.

I worked at Trident Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Learn a lot about hustle incorporate and open opportunities for learning. You can only explore things

    Cons

As I told you can only explore things. People don't know even their own powers and rely only on the chairman, even watchman asks for chairman approval. Unprofessional people leading the organization just because they are favourite to the chairman and do unnecessary spending and fire people who are not favourable to them. Everybody is a reporter to another, and the people do gossips more their job is safe. You have to just report things to your senior manager about things which are not related to work example who is having an affair with whom, who didn't wear shoes with laces, who is eating not in the lunchtime even he or she is hungry, who are the people who are seeing partying with other department people and all no-sense.As soon as you enter the organization, you need to least bother about work, but must be bothered about you are in which team, is the team favourite to the team which chairman likes. There are basically 3 struggles in doing this job at Trident - 1)You have to struggle to keep boss and their boss and their boss and chairman as well happy and dance on anthem with the correct steps. 2)You have to struggle to do your own work and struggle even to learn to do your work as no one will teach you because of job insecurity and your internet access is blocked. 3)You have struggled to get your salary end you will get it only if the chairman wants to give you irrespective of work done and that too you dont know. Can be any figure they want.
