      Pros

      Honestly couldn't ask for a better group of people to spend the majority of my time with. The casual environment and president's open door policy make this a place I would turn down more money for. They believe in working with people to make them better rather than just cutting them loose. The pto is a lot more fair than other places I've worked

      Cons

      Tech hours can be inconsistent.

      Good work environment, working as part of a team, good management from the president and parent company. There are many learning opportunities within the company.

      Cons

      Normal work place gossip. A more stable training program.
