Cons
Change exhaustion - we change quickly to reflect market changes and flow of the clients. That is hard.
Extreme growth - we have grown from 20-150 in my tenure and that is a start up and so the many org changes and structural moves are time consuming and hard.
Being the top of the market and staying there is HARD work - trying to stay ahead of everyone clients and staff is difficult.
