      Pros

      This company does very well with being transparent with the performance of the company. Benefits are incredible (Profit Sharing, ESOP, Healthcare, 401k Match, PTO) . A majority of the company is very friendly, kind, and fun yet stay professional.

      Cons

      Starting pay can be rough but sticking it out with the company will be worth it. Yearly performance reviews/raises, profit sharing, and ESOP make up for it.
