- streamlined process around KRAs - Supportive team leaders - Ample room to make mistakes and learn (No one judges you for mistakes). - Benefits like - Medical & health insurance from the very first day you join, for your kid, & spouse. As a BDR we also have attractive incentive structure apart from decent base pay.

Cons

Nothing so far. It's been a good journey, will update if I come across any issues.

Very supportive and approachable management team. Seniors are always ready to guide and help whenever needed. The company offers immense opportunities to learn, take ownership, and grow both personally and professionally. The work culture encourages collaboration and continuous improvement. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and performance is well recognized and rewarded.

Cons

Honestly, I haven’t come across any major cons so far. The experience has been very positive overall.
