      A great environment to learn and expand one's skills

      Cons

      Very poor culture you become a marked man when you discover fraud that is going on in the field because that would mean donors will start asking questions. Fraudulent actors are therefore tolerated because the company depends on targets which is what justifies funding from the donors.
