      Thrive made my career.

      Pros

      Thrive grows and you grow with it. Being here for over 4 years and being promoted 4 times, you can really find your own opportunities. The work is fast but naturally incredibly rewarding and you will struggle to find a team that has your back as much as they do here.

      Cons

      We are growing, both within our customer base and our product, so there is rarely time to operate in BAU state and you must adapt to stay on top of things. But efforts around this truly don't go unnoticed (plus plenty of fun work events/ski trips make it hell of a lot sweeter)

      Pros

      Thrive is operating in a real sweet spot in the market, and that creates genuine opportunity. There are several examples of people progressing quickly and being recognised for their impact. Winning major enterprise clients has pushed teams to raise their game, sharpen their skills, and operate at a higher level as the business scales. Work life balance is healthy, especially considering the pace that comes with success. The 10 to 3 Fridays provide space to ease out of the week, the four day week during summer is a real benefit, and unlimited holiday adds flexibility. The company is very family friendly, teams are trusted to manage their own time, and people are treated like adults.

      Cons

      People who genuinely care, get involved, and maintain high standards tend to succeed. There are high expectations, so it can be more challenging for those who struggle to meet those levels.

      Best job I ever had

      Pros

      So many great things to call out about working at Thrive, but key standouts for me are: - the relationships with customers. We have so many incredible partnerships with unbelievable brands who are happy to be involved in marketing initiatives, advocate for the platform, and get involved with NPD - the ambition to challenge the status quo and do something different - the people. I'm surrounded by so many talented and smart people - the progression. I've had a performance related pay review every year and recent promotion - the flexibility. as a working parent it's supported and encouraged to always remember what's important. My kids have received Christmas, summer, and birthday goodies but they also have a parent who is present

      Cons

      There can sometimes be ambiguity which can be challenging while we work through new ideas and initiatives. Personally I really enjoy taking the ambiguity and making something clear and compelling so it's a part of my role I really enjoy, but appreciate that isn't for everyone if you prefer rigid structure and ticking things off a to do list.
