Pros

Over the past two years, I experienced consistent support, meaningful development, and a genuinely positive work environment. Compared to other ABA companies I've worked for, this one stands out as truly exceptional. Leadership here is a major strength. The values and drive of the company’s founder are clearly reflected in the management and supervisory team. Their dedication to quality services and staff well-being is palpable, and it's clear that leadership genuinely cares about the children and the employees. I received outstanding support from my BCBAs who support the children they service as well as the staff they supervise. The company also actively supports BCBA candidates, offering mentorship and guidance that helped me grow in the field. Case management was solid and reliable, with several individuals going above and beyond in their roles. Overall, this organization set a high standard for what a supportive, mission-driven ABA company should be. I’m grateful for my experience and would highly recommend it to anyone pursuing a career in ABA

Cons

There is PTO, however no flexibility with hours and scheduling.
