Working for over 2 years with PHN has been such a blessing to me. PHN cares for the staff and the patients. I have all the equipment I need and it is in good working order. The site is clean, orderly, and professional looking. There are large beautiful window views from the operatories where I work. They have protocols in place, so I don't need to assume or figure a way to accomplish my role. There are support staff in multiple departments- HR, Billing (and insurance), referral management, leadership levels manage the workload. As providers, we are respected; our education and experience are heard and encouraged. Due to the large size of PHN, there are wonderful benefits that I have never had when I worked in private practice. On-site trainings; CE, license, and professional membership dues reimbursement. And so much more. I always feel supported by the leadership at PHN.

The collaboration between staff. The teamwork within offices The support through the network. The ability to have other offices assist. The overall mission of the company and making a difference every day. The willingness of upper management to assist in all areas.
