Great people and in my time here I've not only been able to grow and develop but I've been able to watch many colleagues do the same too.
As the business has evolved over the years it's still maintained that family feel, even down to one of the founders meeting all new hires for a coffee in there first 3months.
A business that rewards hard work yet still gives employees plenty of flexibility and a genuine work life balance! I have a young family and I've not once missed a parents evening, sports day or swimming lesson!
Cons
I would absolutely recommend Pilot Group as an employer!
In the last three years the workplace has become incredibly toxic, specifically HR and higher management. Terrible progression and a very high level of staff turnover. Extremely cliquey, bad SLT desicisons. New hires are promoted to senior leadership team over long standing employees. Desperate rush before EOM of month to 'look better'
