Not many cons to speak of. Maybe not a lot of avenues for vertical movement.

Pros

So many. The administration cares deeply for students and staff well being. The relationships with students and staff are so rewarding. They have a bunch of informative trainings constantly throughout the year. My favorite was a trauma informed training where we were taught how to approach difficult student behavior in a very trauma informed way. So helpful and insightful. They do their best to make difficult behavior correction as trauma free for both students and teachers, which in this field is awesome and rare to see. Students are better off because of it and teachers are too. Loved working here

Cons

Wish we were paid more and like all schools right now they are short staffed.
