      Pros

      Great mission to provide free phone and texting to those who need it most. You'll get to work remotely and the office has a wide array of snacks if that's your thing.

      Cons

      Performative culture and values that don't measure up to the reality of the business. At least on my former team. Pay attention to the other reviews' "Cons" - they pretty much sum it up.

      Fun, energetic culture with genuinely great people Relaxed, casual environment where you can be yourself Good exposure to SaaS/tech, and opportunities to learn if you take initiative

      Very disorganized, with priorities shifting frequently Lack of structure made it hard to plan or see clear career paths Leadership communication could have been stronger Hired over 40 people in Q1 of 2025, and fired 20 at the end of Q2
