There is not one positive thing about working at this establishment.
Cons
The environment at this company was toxic and hostile. Jim disrespects his employees regularly and makes it nearly impossible for someone to enjoy working for him. The turn over rate at this company is very high, and with good reason. As soon as you start working here, you'll immediately want to start looking for your next job.
