Pros
A welcoming atmosphere, a kind and friendly team, comfort both in the office and flexibility to work away from the desk; all these and more describe my time at Tara Ink. From the very first day, I felt both included and necessary in the workplace, leading to a sense of fulfillment I rarely found in years prior. In just a word—rewarding. Tara Ink made me feel as though my work mattered, and I felt as though I was appropriately compensated for my effort.
Cons
A great downside I found at Tara Ink is a lack of accountability throughout the chain of command. While certainly not detrimental to my or anyone else’s success, moments certainly occurred in which some of the senior leadership’s judgement was questioned.
