      Pros

      You get to work with some great, talented people.

      Cons

      - Very stressful work environment. - What is expected of you changes daily because of changing ideas from one CEO who can’t take no for an answer. - Information from higher up is drip fed to the “lower ranks”. - No work life balance as you are often expected to work very late due to 11th hour deadlines and information being drip fed to the people who actually have to do the work. - Under staffed. - No flexibility. - Terrible company culture.

      Pros

      Nice people and good offices, could do with more space because desks are too close and we are still in COVID but space is very clean and new furniture. Food and coffee in the kitchen area with snacks and some fruits

      Cons

      Too much work and need more staff. Everyone complains about management above which seems always lost and ask different things every day. Main boss/ceo is the worst and asks different things every week which makes the teams always rush to get things done at the last minute. Not a good place to work at all. Lost more people needed for all the work and we are sometimes asked to do things that should be for other teams
