      The company is large and has plenty of resources. As long as your request meets the company's expected business value, it's generally easy to get approval. My colleagues are also open-minded, friendly, and easy to work with.

      Cons

      The work environment is relatively stable and comfortable, so it may not be the best fit for people who enjoy fast-paced challenges or startup culture.
