To end of my fairytale: Don't expect praise, only expect belittling, don't expect a reasonable salary, only expect lunch money, don't expect a happy, growth oriented work environment, expect constant anxiety and misery because you will never be good enough.... And you won't be acknowledged for your achievements, only for your mistakes.
