One of the biggest non-monetary benefits is the autonomy given to employees. Management really trusts you to own your work. But with great power comes responsibility! We operate in autonomous squads where you are encouraged to shape solutions and "re-write the playbook" rather than just following orders. If you hate being micromanaged and you are energised by being surrounded by smart people who love to build, this is a great place to be.
