Pros

Free watch for duration of employment, although you have to return it when contract ends.

Cons

I would not have enough time to list them all.

Pros

Working with swatch meant working with great people in a sales environment. Pay was ok and work life balance was too. Good commission and great staff discounts across all brands.

Cons

Unsocial Work hours means sometimes you can be stuck in on the weekends and miss some other activities. Lack of clear communication from top management and hence strategy implementation.

Pros

none, even the discount for watches was terrible

Cons

Management had no clue how to deal with staff, no benefits. If a customer shouts loud enough, they get a replacement
