      Pros

      Fully remote and global company, which gives me a great work-life balance and a lot of flexibility to organize my day. The culture is one of the best I've experienced: people are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely care about helping each other succeed. Compensation is competitive, the projects are interesting, and despite being fully remote, there is a strong sense of community and team spirit.

      Cons

      The fully remote setup is also probably the only downside for me. While I love the flexibility, it would be great to have more opportunities to meet colleagues in person from time to time and build those relationships beyond the screen.
