Pros

Great community and atmosphere, personally was given a ton of opportunities to learn every area of the shop. It was very common to start as a labourer and then be given the opportunity to do things such as; go to school to become a carpenter, get tickets for overhead cranes and forklifts, become a machine operator, or work in the office on some occasions. Benefits were some of the best I’ve ever had.

Cons

The night shift was brutal for mental health, as the shift ended at 3am. Also, was promised a pay scale when hired and it unfortunately was not upheld later on which was a bit frustrating, however that was partially my fault as I did not get it in writing

Pros

Most managers at StructureCraft are great people and really care about their employees. The work is fast-paced and interesting. Co-workers are easy to get along with and it's a warm environment. I enjoyed my time at StructureCraft

Cons

At times work can be fast-paced and difficult to keep up with all of your responsibilities, depending on the department you work in.
