Pros

Paid for accommodation & meals during training. The actual job training prepares you well for the work.

Cons

Managers will threaten you HR department will forward your complaint to your manager if you complain (about your manager) They monitor where you are located in the office. Zero flexibility on work from home vs office They fire pregnant women without any official review and without notice. They will ask women to leave / threaten them if they complain about indecent behavior from management. They will continue to raise your budget to ensure you never reach it (and thereby dont get the expected commission) They provide an inaccurate overview of the job tasks during the hiring process. They will expect you to be a full time translator (even though this is not mentioned as part of your responsibilities) They expect you to work overtime but provides NO PAYMENT for this whatsoever.

Thank you for your feedback. The HR Department is impartial and is always available to listen to all employees as well as to address complains in the best possible way. Please know that access control aims to monitor the hours worked by Stricker's employees, it is a standard process through all the company. One of our main concerns is that everyone is treated and evaluated equally in terms of their performance. Every task and responsibility is shared during our the recruitment process (offer letter and several conversation with colleagues and Managers/Directors). We also would like you to know that at Stricker we have a culture of "work hard, play harder", an extra effort balanced by several benefits and perks.

Pros

- great colleagues - good office location

Cons

- salary isn’t equivalent to the responsibilities - no remote option because of unfortunate lack of trust from management - communication within departments needs improving - no real career opportunities - working extra hour per day during high season for 3 months is useless and does not promote work/life balance - no flexibility, high management seems to look at employees as numbers or ”elements” and gives an impression that sales department needs to prove their value to the company because they are ultimately just a cost to the company - there is not a lot of if any communication with the board
