My Director has been of great assistance to me. Helpful and reachable at anytime. Glen Allen has really helped and allowed me to grow in my position.

Pros

Even though I am a Lead and full time my schedule can be flexible and my Regional does an excellent job at communicating.

Cons

The Job is very easy and most residents are very friendly. You have a few that does not understand that we are the Concierge and not leasing and have limited access to do what leasing actually does

Offers flexibility in both shift time and days of the week. Upper management is spectacular, they listen and take feedback very seriously. Inclusive and non-discriminatory.

Cons

Too lenient with writes ups for repeat “offenses”
