Pros

Creativity with the curriculum, great co-workers, parents and children.

Cons

Needs a good professional cleaning crew to truly disinfect all areas of club, if this learning center wants to obtain superior status, it must invest in proper resources for students and teachers so employees aren't purchasing their own materials without reimbursement. Some carpet needs to be professionally installed to part of the downstairs classroom.

Pros

The employees are personable, so you don't feel like you're at a job. You feel like you're doing something good for the community. There is always something to do, so the days go by fast.

Cons

There are a lot of rules and regulations that need to be followed. The biggest downside is that there are no breaks and you have to be an employee for at least a year to get a vacation day.

Pros

The kids are amazing and they are pretty flexible and forgiving. The staff is sometimes a good community, but even that has gone downhill since the end of 2011.

Cons

No such thing as raises, and from what I know of co-workers, the benefits are horrible. only 1 paid vacation and a few paid sick days for full-time employees only. Management/ownership is poor. Love the director as a person, but she should not be the director. The assistant director would do a much better job. The owner & CEO are another story...
