I was looking for somewhere that I could grow with and help grow. I wanted a place with good bones and a great culture. Somewhere where I could continue the great things and make them better. It took FOREVER to find. I found it here.

Cons

The company is shifting to a true eCommerce platform and is growing at the same time while under a parent company. There are lots of moving parts which leads to interesting challenges. This isn't somewhere you come to sit at a desk and do the same thing over and over again day after day.
