      Pros

      The people here are really the best! Truly appreciate all of my teammates, that's a risk at any new company but I feel like the team here at Springboard is what sets it apart.

      Cons

      Typical growing pains for a start-up that's scaling. Lots of processes that need to be re-designed to scale. This is also an exciting opportunity to for anyone with a knack for process improvement.

      1. Founders are capable, committed, fair, and approachable. 2. A sound value system guides behaviors and interactions. 3. Salary and stock options are competitive and transparent. 4. There is no culture of artificial emergencies. You can do good work, and have a life too.

      Cons

      People ops (HR) has been kind of behind the curve in identifying and addressing organizational issues as the company has scaled after the most recent round of funding.
