Pros
- The mission has changed, and the new opportunities for growth and development are really materializing, and quickly. - Excellent work/life balance. Even during tumult or extremely busy periods your nights are your nights and your weekends are your weekends. - Hands on and talented team that are mindbogglingly adept at getting things done that arise unexpectedly, and who are fearless in taking on new challenges (especially as the scope of our work has shifted).
Cons
- Change is slow, but it is happening.

Pros
Great vision, expanding culture and incredible client list. Continued growth and expansion both internally and from a new business perspective. New employees are bringing fresh new ideas to the company and collaborating with various teams for full transparency.
Cons
While organizational and company branding changes have been put into place, the need for employee turnover/replacement was needed to evolve new thinking, processes and growth. With every major change comes hesitation, but it is clear things are moving in the right direction.
