Salary not on time. if you have EMIs stay away from this Company. They don't even cares about the festivals like Diwali they did October Salary post Diwali which is very disappointing. Employees were not having any idea when their salary will be deposited. No Growth Opportunities. They will shift you on any technology as per their requirements. they will not give you any proper training for the Technology & want you to work like an expert without any training. Poor salary hike & even no promotions for Deserving employees. Lack of Facilities & Frequent Lift, Water & Internet issues. Higher management Involvement in every small issue (as they don't have any work to do rather than micro management). Employee's Concerns are not acknowledged by HR or management. they will not communicate with you properly if you have any concerns they will avoid communicating with you & start ignoring you. No worklife balance. they will ask you to work on Weekends/Leaves & after working hours too. They will force you to come to office even if your entire team & seniors are working from home. The want you to carry office laptop every time with you.

No concerns really.. no onsite opportunities may be a con for some

Salary is frequently delayed without clear communication. Even during Diwali, salary was credited after the festival, which was extremely disappointing. Employees are left uncertain about payment timelines. If you have EMIs or financial commitments, this company is risky. No growth opportunities. You can be moved to any technology without training and are still expected to perform like an expert. Very poor salary hikes and almost no promotions for deserving employees. Frequent basic facility issues like lift, water, and internet problems. Micromanagement at every level. Higher management interferes in small matters instead of focusing on bigger improvements. HR does not properly address employee concerns. Communication is weak, and issues are often ignored. No work-life balance. Weekend work, late hours. Employees are expected to carry laptops at all times.

missing some more facilities like

Flexible timings means client calls till 10:30-11pm !Lack of technical managers with good number of years of experience. You get designation based on number of years of experience and not if you are fit as a employee or not. There are multiple cases of harrasment of female employees which are just ignored. No policy of employee training of new technologies. Not that its a problem that its a Female dominated company, But if you see all the Men's resign then you have to wonder whats the trend thats causing them to resign. Too much politics and biased towards female employees.
