      The people are what makes Sponge so awesome! Best community ever. Portfolio of clients is very impressive Benefits are being reviewed every year Best job I've ever had!

      Pay could be better, takes some time to actually see your commission but its is also due the nature of the industry and services we provide

      It's honestly one of the few companies out there that cherishes creativity above all - the people are amazing to work with, and the openness to change is inspiring. Ideas are welcomed and you can really make it far with a solution-oriented mindset.

      Everyone seeks to do their very best, so there are high expectations to fulfil but that also makes the work rewarding.

      I can be creative in my approach to solving problems. Great list of clients to work with. People genuinely care about each other. You can work remotely. We are a premium brand and our product range is excellent. Supported while on long term sick leave Good paternity leave Award winning content and platforms An involved and active hr team It’s a place I would bring my kids onto a call to meet other colleagues.
