      - My line manager was very reasonable and a pleasure to work with - You have high chances for career progression as it is structured and monitored (obviously, your personal effort will be required) - HR is lovely and has a genuine human approach - Colleagues from other teams are nice and helpful. - Cross-team collaboration is good.
