      This is a great company to work for! Office staff enjoys the flexibility of getting to work from home which is awesome. Training and expectations are clear and the owners really invest in their employees. Highly recommend working for Specter!

      Pros

      I have been so impressed by the company culture- everyone is communicative and encouraging and it feels like a place I can really grow long term. The training and feedback I've received has been super helpful and it's a great work/life balance. There can be a lot of moving parts as with any growing company, but the owners are extremely intentional and involved. I truly have nothing but great things to say about them!
