      Pros

      The company is very loyal to its employees. There is flexible time, good vacation and leave time, and the workplace is very relaxed.

      Cons

      There is little turnover so there are not many opportunities for advancement. With such a small company, this would be great for someone just starting but it is very easy to reach the limit of career advancement in a short time.

      Flexible work schedule, cozy local business environment. Really good mid-management supervisors

      Cons

      Low pay, extremely low. No real benefits, although options exist. Upper management does not understand work being done and often misinterprets employees.
