      Miserable employees work in the awful work environment of Southeastern Food Merchandisers. My co-workers are great, but the overwhelming and exhausting workloads create an unpleasant work experience. The awful work environment tires out employees and causes burnout for most of us

      Pay and benefits are better compared to other companies, but it isn't worth it because of how miserable working here is!

      Cons

      Management demands so much from employees! We're expected to take on brutal workloads, work through our breaks, and ignore safety protocols for the sake of saving time. The only reason why anyone even listens to them despite how ridiculous they are is because we're too scared to lose our jobs!
