Of late, SDC has been struggling to win larger contracts, creating fiscal pressures across the organization.
CEO is awesome - a great leader for the company. Program Managers are always accessible and very responsive. They ensure you feel valued as an employee and your voice is heard. If you perform well and put out quality work, they will work with you on your career goals and help you achieve success. Work/life balance is highly valued and they understand that family comes first.

The only downside is that with a small business, opportunities are limited as to what contracts they currently hold.
