      A client described the culture as lightening in a bottle. We have a waiting list of clients. Excellent and ongoing learning opportunities. Smart, ambitious leaders. Exciting times.

      We need continuous visibility on how we will continue to scale and future proof.

      - Lots of learning resource readily available upon joining - Tons of likeminded individuals & founders to learn from - Impressive SOPs across the board - Many very well-known clients under management - Management always keen to listen to feedback - Very friendly team members across all departments - Tons of opportunity for personal growth - COO doing an awesome job on driving AI forward in the business - Amazing to see the founders heavily involved

      Could be quite fast paced for some. (but that's agency & d2c life!)
