      Pros

      Leaving was the best decision I ever made. It taught me what I never want in a workplace again.

      Cons

      Toxic management style driven by ego, not leadership. Zero transparency — decisions made behind closed doors with no regard for staff. Burnout is treated as weakness. Work-life balance is just a buzzword they throw around during interviews. High turnover for a reason — people don’t quit jobs, they quit terrible managers. Feedback is ignored or weaponized against you. Nepotism and favoritism over merit or skill. There is no HR.

      Pros

      Great people to work with that’s not management.

      Cons

      Will hire and tell you there’s Alot of room to grow in the company but then lay you off for no reason 2 days before the end of your probation so the don’t need to pay you severance pay.
