- Big projects from Disney and Warner Bros - Nice supervisors - Office is located near a mall - Good for interns

Cons

- Very unprofessional - Wont employ - No benefits - Wont give the artists the rates they deserve - Computer specs are bad - No double pay for holidays - Long hours

The company is organized in terms of Operations You'll learn a lot about the animation industry The people you work with are friendly Has a lot of projects to offer for freelance artists Good place to work in as an artist because they have complete facilities

Cons

Long hours of work, sometimes you work for the whole week to catch up with deadlines They don't pay double pay on certain holidays mandated by law to have double pay... When you work on a Sunday, your OT rate is the same as your regular rate... Necessary compensation and benefits are not automatically provided for the regular employees with the exception of the upper management( Some have worked for the company for 2 years and still haven't ''earned their right" to get benefits)
