      Pros

      Great atmosphere in the office, relaxed but hard working. Good team to work with. Great technical knowledge. On site chef and facilities really good for a small company. Lots of technology to work with and good work life flexibility.

      Cons

      Upper management can be hard to deal with. Being a small company there's not much room for progression.

      Thanks for your very honest feedback. Lots of great things here to celebrate but also things for us to digest and consider for the future. Continuous feedback is something that is now very important to us so hopefully we can continue to get feedback from our teams and address concerns and things to work on sooner. Appreciate this!
