Very poor leadership

Pros

Almost all employees were nice and easy to work with.

Cons

The couple that owns Sleight is not well-versed in the field of advertising, which creates a very frustrating environment. They don't understand the roles and responsibilities of certain job titles and employes are often tasked with random projects (sometimes it was painting a wall, sometimes it was making a video for their adult children, etc.) They also traded work (websites, advertising, etc.) done by staff in exchange for projects that needed to be done at their house (pressure washing, new carpet, etc.) Staff still got paid, but it was very unsettling and I didn't like it.

The nicest staff!

Pros

The people who work for Sleight Advertising are the hardest working, nicest team. They genuinely care about their customers and each other.

Cons

Clients come and go, so it can be hard to show real impact on their business.

Pros

Some of the people are nice. Design team is top notch.

Cons

Disorganized, poor communication, unrealistic expectations. They white label a lot of services and everything is watered down. As an employee, you're tasked with being the middleman between the customers and the vendors. As a customer, you'd be better off going to the source for a lot of these services rather than paying for Sleight's up-charges.
