      Takes a bit for feedback to be acknowledged in certain areas, which could lead to product issues & customer complaints.

      Lot of Potential

      Pros

      All in all is a good remote environment.  I think there has been improvement and growth with the company that has SI headed in the right direction.  Have brought on some key folks to help drive positive change.  Making structure and tech changes to drive positive change.

      Cons

      Still some work to do with aligning company priorities and goals. Getting better as communication is improving. Ongoing training and development would be beneficial.
