Positive culture with decent pay

Pros

Simmons Bank is a great place to work if you value positive intangible employment characteristics including but not limited to: work/life balance, low stress, competent management, co-workers and stakeholders that are easy to work with, aversion to rising benefit premiums, high stability and back office job security, and overall positive corporate culture. If you want to easily tolerate or even enjoy your job, but also want to leave work at the office, Simmons Bank can acquiesce.

Cons

Simmons Bank is conservative in the corporate sense, and is not typically on the bleeding edge of compensation for those working as individual contributors in the back office. However, one can easily earn a more than honest living (or better depending on the department).

Pros

Nothing positive I can say about working for Simmons Bank and you should RUN.

Cons

Not a Employee friendly place to work. Never trust Management. Low pay. They love to play the blame game when things break. Reams of paperwork for documentation for any work you do and upper management judging you for minor errors in said paperwork. Expect no support from Management as they are not your friend. Very poor health Insurance and expensive for what you get. Long work hours.

Pros

Solid work, good pay and they really navigate your training well and make sure you stay up to date on everything bank related.

Cons

Managers are quick to judge you based off what others make up about you and dont give you any time to defend yourself and dont care either way. If you have a mental illness they hold it against you and basically force you out over it.
