Lmao, if I start a lot of people are gonna get in trouble. But culture was pathetic. corrupt, criminal and full of politics. But all ended in fire.

Durante muchos años fue un lugar de mucho crecimiento equipo asombroso. Y había un balance entre vida laboral y personal. Muy buenos beneficios, tiempo para estudiar. Equipo muy bueno y colaborativo

Cons

De hace un año para acá enloquecieron con el uso de la IA y despidieron o hicieron aburrir mucha gente, no es el camino, ya incluso ni hacen QA rigoroso, están afectando gravemente la calidad, el cual era uno de sus principios. Ya no hay balance alguno ente vida laboral y personal y los beneficios prácticamente no se pueden usar porque nunca hay tiempo. Ya no hay estimación ni fase de análisis claro, es todo un ambiente caótico. Es una pena no es lo que solía hacer
