      Poor management with no respect for employees

      I have not expereinced anything good about the company

      Poor management, never come to a cocrete decision about anything Employees are binded with bonds and they change policies, pay, and work schedule, so they have to continue anyway because of the bond No work life balance, employees who are doing overtime are being valued a bit only, no extra pay No respect and value for the employees and being treated as a worker.
