      Plenty of overtime, lots of vacancies to move up into

      Selfish culture, hierarchical, unhealthy work/life balance is the only way to be rewarded. Efficiency is no longer a virtue here

      Steady work, decent pay for my area as well as benefits.

      Cons

      Have to work a ton of ot to take home what you deserve. Rate of pay is company wide no matter what cost of living is in each state. Wisconsin is better than red bluff, thats what red bluff employees are told all the time.

      Pros

      worked there for 13 years, did pretty much everything, from running all saws raduis arm saw miter saws air tools, drills, diegrinders , I worked in oversize, build-up, built frames, glazing, beading, you name it I think I did it.

      Cons

      A lot of overtime ,hard work ,but it was cold in the winter, and very hot in the summer
