      - understaffing - staff are often blamed for problems that are caused by short staffing or little support from higher ups.

      Horrible patient care, terrible leadership, money hungry CEO and upper leadership who does not care about people, patients or employees, hostile environment, unable to communicate concerns or you will be retaliated against. Left after 19 years and only Wish I had made the decision to leave sooner.
