Management is wasting your time...

Pros

I've been working for Service Plus Aquatics, and I will say, working here feels like a complete waste of time. The only reason why I decided to apply for a position here was that management convinced me that I would be receiving promotions and numerous raises, but I needed to prove my worth first. Even after consistently outperforming most of my coworkers for nearly a year, as well as exceeding every single expectation placed on me, management hasn't delivered on any of their promises. Whenever I bring it up to them, they either ignore me or gaslight me into thinking that I haven't done enough yet.

Cons

There are just too many to mention. Unreasonable demands, unhealthy work-life balances, two-faced management, insultingly low pay, zero support, and not much room for growth. If you’re thinking about applying for a job here, don’t. You’ll just end up regretting your decision like me.

We don’t run out of work. There’s always more to do.

Cons

Management has absolutely no respect for employees who work hard, making promises that were nothing but blatant lies to deceive, exploit, and wear people down! Constant demands for more work keep coming, yet compensation never increases as promised!

Pros

If I had to name something positive, the facility was maintained well. Beyond that, honestly, I'm struggling to find anything.

Cons

You can work your tail off day after day and absolutely nothing changes — no acknowledgement, no appreciation, no one even bothers saying thanks or good job, just... nothing. The work gets done because you do it, but nobody ever mentions it or credits you for it, and honestly it starts wearing you down. I watched people put in serious effort and it just gets swallowed up like it never happened. Management doesn't even seem to notice when you're putting in extra. It's like you're invisible to them — the place runs because of you, but they won't acknowledge it. After a while you stop caring because why would you care if no one else does?
