      Work from home hourly pay is ok

      owner would send emails to our manager which he would then post in our teams chat of him cussing us out or blaming us for something have to literally click 15000 times a day bonus structure is terrible they do not explain bonus during training do not talk to your manager about

      Bonus structure could be a lot better. They are using an outdated and company friendly bonus formula, and they use tactics to take back the bonus you have earned. They also can show more support and that they value their employees.
