      The best reasons to at work SemaSys is not only the courtesy given by Gary Watts to his employees, Senior Management's competence and willingness to help and share, the medical and 401K benefits but the awesomeness of learning from all of the talented employees! Engineers, artist, designers, printers, estimators, manufacturers, purchasers, supervisors. Each are willing to teach you the exact process needed to meet your customer's request. This makes it easier to talk to the customer about their projects in an intelligent way.

      Cons

      On the other hand, one of the downsides of working for this company is you work only for straight salary. No commission is paid on sales.
