What I appreciated most about Select Group is that you genuinely feel like you are part of a family. The company takes employee well-being seriously — from makan sessions to team outings. It’s not all work; they make sure there’s time to bond, have fun, and celebrate together through games, parties, and company events. The leadership team is also incredibly dedicated. They take KPIs seriously and set clear goals, but they balance performance with genuine care. You always feel supported, guided, and appreciated for your contributions. Overall, Select Group is a place where hard work is recognized, people matter, and teamwork truly feels like family. I’m grateful for the experience and proud to have been part of the team.

      Fast-paced environment – Work can get busy during peak seasons, which may require strong time management. High expectations – Because KPIs are taken seriously, the standards can feel demanding at times, but it also helps you grow.
